Jürg Stäuble

1948, Wohlen AG

An independent artist since 1972, Jürg Stäuble explores form and space through the lens of architecture and geometry. Influenced by Minimal and Conceptual art, his drawings, sculptures and artistic interventions draw on the tension between the types of materials used — whether solid like steel or fragile and brittle like polystyrene —, the ethereal appearance of the work and its surroundings.
