Cod.Act

André Décosterd is a musician and composer. Michel Décosterd is a visual artist. Together, the two brothers founded the Cod.Act collective in 1997, within which they combine music and technology to create performances and installations. Their work explores the physical and spatial dimensions of sound through machine-sculptures that only take shape when activated, revealing complex and unpredictable sonic phenomena, as if a living presence were emerging from the device.
