Karim Forlin stammt aus dem Tessin, lebt und arbeitet zwischen Lausanne und Genf. Nachdem er sich einer Ausbildung in Literatur und Philosophie sowie Landschaftsarchitektur gewidmet hat, schloss er 2009 sein Studium an der HEAD in Genf ab.
